Quick Answers to Your Questions About Hong Kong Debt Collection Company RMS Services – Fees, Legal, and Procedures Covered
Billing-Related
RMS adopts a “No Collection, No Commission” fee structure. Commission is only charged when the debt is successfully recovered — if there is no recovery, the commission is completely waived. The commission rate is determined by factors such as the amount of the debt, the length of delinquency, the complexity and difficulty of collection. Before engagement, RMS provides an estimated commission range and calculation examples, with absolutely no hidden fees.
The basic Legal Opinion Letter (LOD) fee is already included in the commission model. For formal litigation or enforcement actions, any required court fees are borne by the client. RMS will always provide a quotation in advance and will only proceed after receiving approval.
